Memorial Day was a work day. No friends, no parties, well okay, we did have BBQ ribs and watermelon, ice cream, but we worked. Washed the dogs, the cars, cleaned bedrooms. Lisa kept saying, if feels like we're moving. (A familiar feeling in our family.) We painted the headboards and nightstand, did laundry, laundry, laundry all weekend. (I think we are caught up for a while.) And the biggest project of all: John started the pantry shelves. Everything has been in the pantry on bookshelves for a while. The bookshelves were moved to line the dining room walls and the shelves have begun. They are still not finished, but well on the way. With seminary graduation, HS graduation, and a trial coming up it may slow progress down a bit, but wow, won't it be wonderful when it is all finished.
